Ernst-Jan Griffioen qualified as a lawyer in 2016 having graduated in both Dutch Law & Economics and Business Economics. He practised insolvency law and corporate law before joining Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh in September 2019.
He currently focuses on director's liability, securities (documentation), lawsuits, restructurings and other bankruptcy law issues. Ernst-Jan is a member of the Association of Young Insolvency Lawyers (JIRA).
