Irene Tax has been a lawyer since 2003 and is a partner at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh. From 2020 to 2024, she served as Managing Partner at the firm. Irene specialises in corporate litigation, known for her strategic, thorough and results-oriented approach.

She has extensive experience advising and litigating on shareholder and (joint venture) partner disputes, directors’ and supervisory directors’ liability (including in insolvency matters), professional liability, and investment and M&A-related disputes. Irene is also frequently consulted for second opinions and strategic advice in complex proceedings.

Previously, Irene worked as a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff (2002–2014) and as a partner at Quint Legal (2015–2018).
