Pepijn Joosten has been an attorney at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh since October 2022. He focuses on the corporate, M&A and restructuring practice, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Pepijn obtained his Master’s degree in Corporate Law at Tilburg University, where he wrote his thesis on corporate governance issues in third-party-owned professional football organizations. During his studies, he founded a company providing legal advice to SMEs in corporate law, completed internships at various law firms, and worked as a student legal associate in the insolvency practice. Pepijn has a particular interest in social and sustainability projects.

  • Guiding the sale process of the Dutch shipping services provider Technoport to the US-based Heniff Transportation Systems.
  • Advising London-based LumiraDx on its sale to the diagnostics division of Roche, the world’s fifth-largest pharmaceutical company, in a high-profile transaction involving highly sought-after point-of-care technology that underscores Roche’s ambitions in this sector.
