Peter Goes is a corporate lawyer for more than 31 years, focussing on public & cross border M&A, private equity and board room consulting, with special affinity for the Energy & Utilities as well as the Financial sector. Peter is a former partner of NautaDutilh and currently a Linklaters partner (till end of april 2018), operating from the Beijing, Amsterdam and Luxemburg offices, including as global Knowledge & Learning Partner. As per 1 may 2018 Peter works as partner and advisor with Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh. Peter litigates where required for the Enterprise Chamber and was involved in a large spectrum of deals, both Dutch and international, including some unprecedented transactions in terms of value and/or complexity, for example as Vattenfall’s lead counsel in the Nuon Energy take-over, and for RBS in the break up and subsequent nationalisation of ABNAmro. With his experience he serves the interests of his corporate clients and helps Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh both with legal tech as well as in shaping a first class transaction capability, also beyond the distressed arena.
