Richard Le Grand is a founder of Windt le Grand Leeuwenburgh and has been a commercial and corporate lawyer since 2002. Richard is an ambitious professional fighting to the end for his clients' interests. As a boardroom advisor to his corporate clients, including two multinationals, he is a well versed commercial litigator and an all-round corporate lawyer. In addition he acts for both companies and banks in dealing with fraud cases. Richard Le Grand has completed postgraduates in the field of M&A, Restructuring, Accounting for IP’s ( Insolvency Practitioners) as well as a postdoc at Rotterdam University on Fraud & Forensic Investigations. Richard is a member of Insolad (the Dutch association for professional Insolvency practitioners) and the Rotterdam Bankruptcy Fraud Committee. Richard Le Grand receives appointments by the Courts as insolvency administrator and acts as an expert on request of the Enterprise Chamber. Richard is ranked by the Benchmark Litigation 2019 guide as a Dispute Resolution Star in the Commercial and Transactions category.
