Selma Slagter

Restructuring & insolvency

Selma Slagter has been working at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh since March 2026. She specialises in insolvency and restructuring matters. In 2024, Selma obtained her Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Leiden University. Her Master’s thesis was a comparative legal study of the role of the PIFOR under the Restructuring Directive, the Dutch Restructuring Act (WHOA) and the German Restructuring Act (StaRUG). Prior to this, she undertook internships and worked as a student assistant at a number of law firms and the International Legal Institute.
