Yente Bijloo has been a lawyer at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh since August 2018 and specialises in advising on employment law and employee representation matters, including matters of individual and collective dismissal, transfer of undertaking and restart of undertakings. In addition, Yente regularly publishes in academic journals such as ArbeidsRecht and Jurisprudentie in Nederland (JIN). She also regularly annotates important case law.
Yente graduated from Erasmus University with both a master's degree in Employment Law and Business Law and completed the Grotius specialisation course in Employment Law cum laude. She is also a member of the Rotterdam Employment Lawyers Association (VRAA), the Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA) and the Employment Law Association (VvA).
