Yvette joined Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh as a lawyer on 1 September 2021. She has previously worked at NautaDutilh in London and Amsterdam since 2015. Additionally, she has been seconded to a bank as part of the legal team in the financial restructuring & recovery department and the asset-based finance department.
Yvette advises (distressed) companies, creditors, directors and other stakeholders on (international) restructurings, financing transactions and insolvency law. Yvette also has litigation experience (including before the Netherlands Commercial Court) on the enforcement of security rights, insolvency, lending, bank’s duty of care and other bank-related matters.
She completed the Grotius specialisation course in Insolvency Law in 2023.
