The team at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh has expertise in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including insolvency-related litigation, shareholder disputes and post-transaction disputes. The practice assists a roster of clients from sectors as diverse as utilities, hospitality, mining, and banking. The 'very tacticalBart Gerretsen heads a team that is acting for Dutch utilities company Eneco in its long-running dispute regarding company management with Greenchoice. Other key team members are Richard le GrandRuben Leeuwenburgh, who focuses on directors’ liability and shareholder disputes, and Irene Tax.

EMPLOYMENT TIER 5

Peter de Waal, who has a strong track record in individual and collective dismissal matters as well as restructuring and transfer of undertakings, heads the employment law team at Rotterdam-based Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh. Counsel Steven Palm, who focuses on restructuring, collective dismissals and remuneration matters co-leads the team. The firm also benefits from the arrival of senior associate Sandra van Steekelenburg from an in-house position.
